the best way to play as doc and marty togeter is to replace the bodygaurds in the mansion (Pga.dff & Pga.txd) with tommy as doc or marty while you play as doc or marty |

when you open up the txd file in the txd workshop there are different pictures in there u take the one you want to change and up in the box it says name: you then go to your picture of doc and remane it to player then you select inport and go to where you have the doc pic and if it is named corectly you hit open it will change it then hit save txd and its done then add the new txd into your gta3 img file and done |

what txd file????!!! |
||
Jul 31 2007 Anchor | ||
player.txd which is tommy |
||
Jul 31 2007 Anchor | ||
ah! that's the thing, i only have player.bmp, there isnt a player.txd. I could only find player.bmp (picture) in gta vc>models>generic |
||
Jul 31 2007 Anchor | ||
player.txd is in gta3.img, but replacing that does nothing. The one in the generic directory that Dan has is what you replace. player.bmp. Only player.txd is affected by this. Player2-8.txds don't. In fact, you can have customization of all marty's or docs, whatever you choose. If you wanted a second skin, all you do is copy player.dff in gta3.img, rename it to player2.dff (or was it play2?), replace the one in the gta3.img, take player2.txd, import the skin file in there, and plug it back in. That was how I did my movie. Edited by: Delorean88us |

ok i thoght we were talking about making the bodygaurds look like Marty/doc sory for the confusion dan |

If it were body guards, you would replace pga.dff with player.dff, and replace the texture in pga.txd with the doc texture. |
