An Annoying Bug... | Locked | |

I'm having trouble with my game, and I don't quite understand it, though I'll try to explain... My flying Delorean never disappears, like if I abandon it, and travel as far away as possible from it, it still remains where it was (instead of just vanishing like other cars do). It gets annoying because if I press num4, the game switches to the abandon Delorean (which could be miles away from my current position), instead of respawning a new one. p.s, also, on the BTTF1 Delorean, it says "Mr.Fusion is empty" and not "Out Of Plutonium" Edited by: JurassicCarnageDev |

it happens to me too. and if i save the game then exit the game and go play again and then load, the car still is where i left it. and if time travel to much the weather becomes strange like if there was fog everywhere. |

don't bother. It's a script thing. The script assumes you only have one delorean time machine at a time. Any duplicates will be treated as a normal car, except with the script for flying. It knows you're in the same vehicle type as the time machine, but in the memory, it is still holding the specific vehicle which is the other time machine you ditched. |

So, how do I fix it? |
||

stick with one time machine, or somehow destroy the other time machine by flipping, tanking, or sinking it. |

Well, I've fixed it somehow, maybe it was just a temporary glitch or something. Edited by: JurassicCarnageDev |

Flying bug fixed, indestructable bug fixed (not tanks or sinking or cheats though, or kitt), fuel bug fixed. Did this oh so not long ago, and i knew of them before you posted the vid. You're allowed to have one delorean at a time, so i never made multiple instances of the time travel scripts, so only one is running and thats why you can't time travel when the delorean disappears. Only way to fix this as in 0.2c is build a new one, but the delorean that time traveled gets lost in the nth dimension because of tamperings with a new flux capicitor, so you'll never see it again, but you have a brand new one. That thing can screw up the history, the lost one |

oh no, it doesn't come back to the 4th dimension, but rather stays in the nth dimension that it uses to time travel. Think of something like hyperspace....but not really. It gets lost there. |
