this is the problem i was talking about in the wehrmacht picture they turn into this any idea on how to fix this. p.s surprisingly chernovs model is wehrmacht but he works so any ideas people?

If you have not solved this yet, I can tell you that the problem is a misnamed body model in the character files. You'll get this exact same bugged model in Cod2 if character files have bad references in the names.
Send the character files to me if you don't feel confident in editing them yet, and I can make changes and you can test them so you can resolve the bug.
