A black Wehrmacht uniform. This is essentially the regular Amsel skin without the SS armband. He in depicted here as a general and a veteran of WWI as well as a party member.

I'm sure there is no such thing as black Wehrmacht clothes. But Allgemeine SS have that really black colour. Like here, epiphany-uk.com/test3/image/AllgemeineSS_jacket.jpg
I'm sure that if someone was important enough exceptions could be made.
