Looking good! It might be the angle, but the room looks a little too short. good if you're trying to create a claustrophobic atmosphere, but if you're trying to mimic the original Portal test Chamber style, I'd suggest raising the ceiling a bit.
It's mostly the angle, the room is short though, to compensate the hugeness of the other room
