Ok at the moment we are just sitting on a standard Recolour of a german rifleman due to the annoyance of the colour showing up to bright.

when in editor hit f12
I used fraps for this and took a screenshot when in steam with f12
The most easiest way is to press print screen, then copy it something photo editor. I usually use Gimp.

Yes there will be different varieties of units. There will be Snipers, elites standard infantry and others
