Alien Infection is a mod that I got the idea for after playing different horde type game modes. The infected civilians that you have come in counter with in the Crysis 2 campaign now have zombie like properties (not cliche or anything huh :D), but there's a major twist to the gameplay. Instead of just fighting endless waves of zombies, combat will be very mixed up. Switching from zombies, to Aliens, to both, and to massive boss battles, you'll always have to be on your toes. Strategy will have to change nearly every round. On top of that I've come up with some ideas such as nanosuit perk machines, and a whole lot of other useful suprises. I admit that I am very new to modding Crysis and have been secretly working on this in my spare time (I don't get much with school and other obligations) for quite a while (including the learning curve). I feel like I finally have enough done to showcase (I also think the rest won't be hard to complete).

I thought I'd fill everyone in on the situation for the first map and the mod.

I've been pretty busy lately (major obligations this month), but after the most recent work the first map needs AI improvements, refinements to the wave system, and testing. After I get this stuff done (assuming I won't find anymore ideas to pump out into it), I should be good on map #1. I'm really hoping for a June or July release, but I'll be having an eventful summer. As of right now I'm only one guy (lost touch with the person who was going to design the Egypt map, but I'm going to design and build my own version). I'll try my best to squeeze out as much content as I can. Thank all of you for following and giving me support. I'll try not to let you down.

Sure, you've done a nice job, and the mod has potential... Maybe you should search for a team of moders and tell them what you are doing... maybe you find someone who does great maps (sorry im not that one xD im used to with some world editors, but cryengine... Not good at all, so i would help as i could)
And i have seen a guy doing a great animation:

I would like to know where did he get the models...
