This mod replaces all textures in Vice City with 4x AI Enhanced versions of the originals.

Version 3 is now available for download, this version contains numerous enhancements and optimized to run with minimal prerequisite mods.
The following mods have been included as they are required to run the mod:
- Ultimate ASI Loader
- Open Limit Adjuster
- ModLoader
[IMPORTANT] This mod requires Version 1.0 of Vice City to work, below I've included some downgraders for the Steam and Rockstar Games Launcher versions of the game.

I don't get it. After installing this and downgrading my game, my mouse no longer works in game. Can't click things in the menu or use it to do anything in game like turning the camera or attacking or anything. Tried to delete the mod and put the old .exe back and it's still broken. Wtf?
Edit: Seems like it was a weird coincidence. After a little Googling the solution seems to have been to put it in compatibility mode for Windows 98/ME rather than XP SP2 as I had it before.
thanks for this mod but still have bugs in v3 version like "od_hotels1.txd" file on game has a transparent wall on day time hope you fix it in a update
I second this. After some testing I found out that the bug with the transparent wall in the alley to the left of "Laurence Hotel" is caused by the texture "black.tga" inside od_hotels1.txd. After I deleted it using Magic TXD, the wall reverted back to the default texture, and the bug was fixed. This was the only bugged texture in that file.
How do i install this for the steam version? Is there a guide/article/tutorial on that? I've read you need to install a downgrader or something but i have no clue. Send help please.

I will be working on this Mod and the GTA III version again soon.
The New Vice City version will hopefully be more optimised and only require ModLoader to run correctly.
The GTA III version will undergo the same enhancements as the latest Vice City version, including XBOX Textures and some manual texture adjustments.
