Yes, but Mongolia faction will be mainly about Mongolian Kingdoms in Mid-Asia, not traditional East Asian Mongolia.
Last Age of Dynasties has a subtitle "The Renaissance", and this one will be called "The Absolutism", about famous dynasties in 1600-1800.
