Loving the carpet's bump map :) Really awesome.
It really is a nice carpet. It's so good, in fact, it distracts from the rest of the room... Are you still using brush models?
Sadly yes, everything but the couches are brush based :(
you can use Propper to convert brushes to props.

I would, but brush based will never look as good as a proper model.
If it were up to me I would. All that stuff looks perfectly fine the way it is.
