This looks more then a abandoned factory.
What kind of secrets they are holding?

This news was been before, of some troubleshooting moments, but not major as comes now.
All deta has been lost includded the backup.
SMALLbutTALL lost hes hardisk. abit more then that. He's computer case is broken
He told me *it beyond repair*
But i got only 10% back of hes prograss back.
It's just too much work, to remaking the game.

You'll need to create a full conversion mod, with a 'models' folder inside, with the flashlight and make the recources file lead to /yourfc/models

I don't support not having a solid flashlight, but if you're interested in keeping it a custom story rather than a full conversion, you could always get the flashlight model, open it in ModelEditor, and make it an Object::Grab in the User Defined Variables. The player will be able to pick it up and put it down as if it were a normal object.
Then go to the bottom of User Defined Variables and play around with "GrabPositionOffset" and "GrabRotationOffset" to get the flashlight to snap to the side of the players screen and have it face forward every time you pick it up. It says 0, but the entry works with local x-y-z coordinates. So you would put numbers in like this:
5 10 3 (just an example!)
Make sure you also have GrabUseOffset CHECKED!
