A Game Where You Shoot Stuff as Cats is an online multiplayer deathmatch game made on Half-Life 2’s Source Engine. The game takes place during a time where cats start to discover that they have much more than just nine lives and are indeed immortal. First thing they do right off the bat is to start killing each other for fun, since cats are reckless like that. Eventually everyone thought that killing was fun, even more fun than it is in a video game. A company named “C.A.T.” decides that they can monetize off all this killing much like every rule in history. Deathmatches are organized by C.A.T. in order to be recorded and organized, players entering these deathmatches are given weapons of mass destruction in order to increase the viewership of the show. Some cats join in for the fun, other for the cool weapons but some are in there just for the super stardom.

Hey there people who are reading this post! As you can probably guess, we're recruiting some people to help us make this clusterbomb of a mod.

We're looking for mappers, coders, sound artists, texture artists, 3d modellers and all that whole enchilada! If you can literally do anything just send us an email!
Our goal is to make a fast paced killing game filled to the brim with over powered weapons and fun dynamic maps and as you know, that's a hard goal to achieve. We plan on having a kick starter if all goes well over time and if that succeeds we'll be able to pay all whom help us but for now we'll have to ask you to work for free until then.
