The 21st Century Warfare tournament will be using the 21CW Mod as the basis for the continuing struggle between the four divisions of players that make up the 21st Century Warfare tournament. This release of the 21CW Mod will be the foundation that will be used to later add content, armies, weapons, and vehicles to increase the enjoyment and playability of the Battlefield2 engine, while also making the gameplay more suited for a balanced tournament-style battle. The 21st Century Warfare tournament is the largest Battlefield2 tournament on the internet with over 600 players participating in 12-hour weekend battles using real military rank structure, chain of command, strategy, and gameplay.

The response to the 21CW Mod has been overwhelming and beyond anything we could have imagined. We are on our way to 10,000 downloads across the internet.

With that said, if you haven't downloaded the 21CW Mod - WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR??? The response to the mod has been extremely positive and has created a massive influx into the sponsoring tournament, 21st Century Warfare, essentially doubling our numbers to well over 1000 register players. We want to take a moment and thank all of you who have signed up for the largest Battlefield2 tournament on the Internet.

The 21st Century Warfare Tournament is now primed to start Campaign #1 using the 21CW Mod. This unique tournament uses real military ranks and strategy as well as the aspects of the 21CW Mod to level the playing field for everyone and make this tournament THE destination for Battlefield2 players looking to play "the way BF2 was meant to be played". The 21st Century Warfare Tournament is enlisting players today at 21stcenturywarfare.com and 21cwforums.com.

We are also pleased to announce that due to the response and direction that the 21CW Mod Team will be taking, we will be needing a lot more help from the Battlefield2 Community. We are looking for qualified individuals to become a part of the 21CW Mod team. The following are positions currently open on this popular and quickly growing mod:
