A patch for the 2.0/2.1/2.2 version, you need to overwrite the files of 2.0, it also includes the 2.1 and 2.2 updates. -Fixed a weird bug that made Hungary the Holy Roman Emperor at the start -Vidin now can form Bulgaria if Bulgaria disappear -Dobrudja can form it too, but only if both Vidin and Bulgaria disappeared and controls Tarnovo.
