Unzip mod file into ie: e:\Diablo.II.Resurrected\mods\mad\mad.mpq\
Make a shortcut of D2R.exe, add -mod mad -txt
ie: "e:\Diablo II Resurrected\D2R.exe" -mod mad -txt，launch game and play.
just pick one levels.txt into Diablo.II.Resurrected\mods\mad\mad.mpq\data\global\excel\
option 1 contains original 2x/5x/10x etc monsters levels.txt.
option 2 contains levels.txt based on option 1, with much more monster variety.
option 3 based on option 2，with Boss in normal levels........
Treasureclass.txt removed potion drop, to make a clean screen
