While I do not care for hip-hop-ish music, I still believe thats not relevant in this situation.
The reason I dislike it is because I cannot fathom how this could fit with a war-esque game.
BUT, now you mentioned something new: "The rebellion in Aftermath has a twisted attitude".
Hmm, so we are not to expect a typical war then?
A wild guess here, are you planning on integrating parkour into this?
Basing this guess on your summary's emphasis on realistic movement coupled with this music, which I personally think got some parkour vibes about it.
This guess is most likely wrong, but I had to ask. :>
This makes me expect some kind of gangsta/ghetto setting, even more so than your first soundtrack.
Did the people at AD-beats make this one aswell? Does it cost you money and if yes, how much?
By curiosity, milo-rd, do you by chance enjoy listening to similar music in your spare time?.
While it's a fairly nice song, I honestly don't think it fits with Aftermath at all. This sounds like some modern pop, I don't see that mixing with a warfare environment.
If this mod is about a revolutionary war in China, I'd suggest going for a soundtrack that's influenced by traditional Chinese music to some degree.
Looking a bit shiny a the moment I'd say, guessing it doesn't have a specular map?
Also adding in the some lightning + shadowing could make it look more awesome.
Ah sorry, don't check in here too often.
Never quite finished it, the rigging turned out bad so I decided not to release it to public.
I am though rigging some new model hacks made by -Rusty- from the Zombie Master and they're very nice.

Now THAT is some sexy concept art, hats off to JCart! :D

Also, the singing in it makes me cringe.
Mmmm, some proper concept right there, ought to make the modeller happy (I would be). :]
But your forum is dead(down). :(
Edit: Aware they're brought down on purpose, but still.
Looks ok, a bit cartoony?
Perhaps lower the saturation a tad... and make it gritty!! Always gritty! :3
Boink!
Shouldn't the light emitted by the explosion be nearly as bright as the brighest part of the explosion? I.e. a lot more white-ish?
You using specular maps?
This is not what I meant when I said renders could use some lightning. Oo
Still a wicked show :)

Made in what program btw?
Nice model, could do with a better render tho to do it more justice.
So Athena team has gotten hold of new modellers now?
