Hi problems resolved. I don't know what and why caused the texture faills. Reinstalled the game with mods and load orders and ini configuration and now work.

Well I turned of some mods now the shells size good but very ugly keys and clips still same.
I fixed the ssg skin the png files was missed from your bdr.pk3

I use the latest version of gzdoom. My res is 1920*1080p so if possible just looks ugly to me. If I replace the png files from low res to high it will working?

Hi dude nice mod I like it but I have a little bug the shotgun shells on the ground sized like an imp and the keys and minigun clips are very small near invisible. I think the problem inside your main pk3 because if I play with the brutal 2.0 version it's work well.

Second question if possible somehow optimize the game? Because I have strong pc and like play in full graphic but if I turn on the texture compression my game start to lagging
