Well, that's not my priority. I'm constantly updating this and creating new effects all the time. There are currently no plans to make versions for other mods. Because the things I'm working on now take priority.

First, you need to use the fx tool included in the dow installation folder. Once you learn how to use the Fx tool, it shouldn't be difficult for you to try changing colors. Among the various editing functions of FxTool, the function to change the color is included. Just a piece of advice, although the Fx tool can adjust the color of the Fx effect itself, the quality of the Fx effect may deteriorate depending on the color of the original texture used. For example, the effect of the created Fx may not be clear and appear squashed, or it may appear unclear and translucent. That is, it may not be able to properly express the appearance of the texture to be used. To give an example, if you change the explosion-shaped texture to green with Fxtool, the shades expressed by the texture, the various colors and the sense of light expressed in the original texture disappear, and all are drawn in green. Therefore, rather than adjusting the color of the effect with FxTool, most of the time, I use Photoshop to create new textures to be used in existing and new Fx, or to work with Fx after changing the quality or color of existing textures.

There is already a dedicated module file that has been modified to work with Unification. You don't have to merge them yourself. Modules included in the compression are already modified module files.

Also, this sub mod guarantees compatibility only with Unification mod.

I will reply further. There is no Fx that has been changed or modified in the process of ascension of the Chaos Commander to the Demon Prince. In other words, it's the vanilla of the Unification mod.

Did you run the game with the normal installation and execution method?

I've checked, but I can't confirm this at all with Chaos Commander..

If you read the Description carefully, the command key for use is explained together. Screen mode can be turned off or on with the "PGDN" key.

Most of the textures used in FX use materials included in Unification's New race. That's why all installations are essential. Anyway, I'm glad you solved it.

It's not my addon's problem.
Something is wrong with your implementation.
I've already told you how to do it properly. Just unzip the Fx pack to the dow folder and run the Fx pack module through the mod manager. That's all. This way, it shouldn't be a problem.

1. Do you use "Mod Manager"?
2. Did you run Unification module? If so, you need to run the Fx pack module, not the Unification module.

There is something wrong with your method. I can't figure out your problem. So, you have to find out.

Run the included module file through "Mod Manager". First of all, Unification mod must be installed.

This is an Addon only for Unification Mod.
It won't work with other mods.

Well, it's most likely a different issue.
Up to 6 players, there was nothing wrong.
I don't have any experience with testing beyond that.
Perhaps the crash phenomenon is easy to occur when there are 3 or more races that contain relatively large amounts of data compared to other races.
For example, Races such as EC, WE, and DA are examples.
Aside from that, playing with high res textures checked in the mod manager can also cause problems.
And checking Ai-related win conditions such as Ai map db can also affect the crush phenomenon.
Also, make sure that you enable the LAA option, which can increase the range of RAM usage. Most crushes can be alleviated by simply checking the LAA.

Please refer to it.

Just like running other mods, just run the module through the mod manager.
And FX support for other mods is not planned.
Originally, this Addon was created to make Unification Mod more fun. I don't really care about any other mods except for the Unification Mod.

Making all the effects included in this addon available in different mods isn't impossible, but it's a pretty tricky and time consuming task.
Thanks for leaving a nice comment.

Hello, brother.

I've noticed a lot of problems while playing.

1. The texture of most basic units follows Fun mode, not Unification mode. Ex) Space Marine

2. Unification mode and basic vanilla neckron heroes don't appear. As a result, the Khtan unit will also become unavailable (not even on the ARMY paint).

3. Unable to recruit Honor Guard for Space Marine (also not on ARMY Painter)

4.There are multiple addons with duplicate usage effects. It makes it difficult to make any choice.

5. The options that give the heroes, units' HP, Dmg, regen +,- do not apply to units and heroes in Unification Mode.

6. This may be my personal matter.
The unit text of Thousand Sons and tynarid is...
It's not written correctly. Ex)$1600000 no range
(Unification, Fun mode is no problem when running alone)

There's an announcement in the text that you didn't do the proper testing.
There are more problems than I thought.

Only Space marine & Necron Race was tested, and there were a lot of problems like this.
I haven't played any other species yet.
It is expected that there will be several problems for each species.

I'd appreciate it if you could check the problem when you have time.

However, the biggest advantage of this submode is that some of the vanilla races in the existing Uniplication mode
There was little change, so there was a lack of
It was nice to be able to fill in the blanks through the submode of the fun mode.

I deliver the contents through a translator.
I may not be good at writing.
Thank you.
