Hi, I got the same problem, on windows 10 ten too. Missing these files.
But after installing M&B and instaling cwc mod (same day ofc) i have run the mod and played some time, I am not sure if the next day i had played some time but today (this is week after last play and install of mod) it is unable to run as the other sayed.
Compability doesn't help, i am trying to instal the mod again.
