I know it's an old mod, but 2 positive criticisms for the sake of gaming:
- A "war minister" would be wonderful to move troops around, without having to travel to do it.
- The town/castle high steward should be able to continue with the "new (creation) knighthood order's" (and even the regular ones) upgrading process, even if the town/castle has been given to a vassal in between, if you're are the town/castle's queen/king.

I can't believe I have been enjoying playing your game so much for a good month... without thinking about thanking you for it, and in the warmest way.
It never ceases to amaze me, one surprise after another, which I didn't find with other MBW mods so far.
