Best game ever, with the realism and the zombies, everything, i have a problem tho, doesnt affect the rating, but i do not know how to cure being sick, for EX: i accidently ate frozen chicken, im sick and i dont wanna die slowly. I dont think there is a way to cure it tho....i tried all the pills.
