I love this mod! Played it a lot. Updated it to this version, but now all the lords and bannermans are 'pirate kings/pirated lords', thus unplayable. How can I fix this problem?

If you downloaded this zip-file do the following:

Go to documents --> Paradox Interactive --> Crusader Kings II --> Mod.
copy/past your zip-file in this map and extract it.
Start the game and in the windowed screen activate the 'A Game of Thrones' mod. Enjoy!

*I use winrar for the zip-files
