I'm not sure. I bought the SoaSE rebellion version in the steam summer sale. Steam says I don't have DLC for that game.
I do see the Oceanic planet in the Forbidden Worlds DLC, but I have not bought that. So I'm guessing it's a mod planet and means there should be a research option available right? Just can't seem to find it in the research screen :S

I am playing as the trader alliance faction, not as the pirate race.

Hmmm, I'm playing the rebellion version and I can't seem to colonize the water planets. It requires oceanic populations upgrade, but I can't seem to find the research for it :S

Does this v1.01 balance mod work with Revamp_Expansion_Mod_v1.05

So which races of this mod are ready to have a good skirmish match for?
