Great news, The video did not manage to assist me but I changed my own screen scaling, from 125% -> 100% , Do you know any way to keep my normal screen scale (125%) but make the game scale 100%?

wait. im on 0.5.6p ... thats why there is no options of "breach"

The "breach mode" isnt added into the game. Is it in the options.ini?

How do I make it as I am SCP? Is that still unavailable ?
