I can not remember now as it was a while ago when I fixed it. I do remember it was a silly mistake on my part I think. Possibly it could have been that I included everything you needed to add in the target inside the quotation marks when you are not actually meant to do that, if you are sure you have the right target just reply to this and I will try giving you other solutions I can remember. Managed to run it now.

Hi, I recently downloaded this and can not seem to run it. I downloaded it and have winrar, I moved the folder "locale" into the data folder in homeworld 2 and changed the target of a short cut on my desktop to what it says to do in the tutorial. Do you know any problems I might have caused which could be stopping it from running? As far as i got with running the mod was when i click apply on the short cut properties it says that the target was wrong or the path was wrong, any ideas? I am pretty sure the target i copied from the tutorial is not wrong but any help would be much appreciated.
