Random Sailor Girl(s) are military recruits conditioned specifically to recruitment into the PASKAL. Most of them are created under a genetic engineering program called "Cloning Gens", it's primary objective to produce enough recruit to avoid putting normal humans in the line of fire.As of 2020, the population of humans are in such dire straits that world superpowers fund projects that would utilize combat personnel other than human beings.
At this point, humans no longer have to worry about family deaths and unwanted casualties, as the job of protecting the land is primarily assigned to this Cloning Program. Humans are still open to join the operative, however.
Having the features of a relatively normal human children; lovely, cute and well-mannered, they are frequently assumed to be one. However, "intimate" relationships that may develop from personal feelings with them are often discouraged and at some points, actively prevented because the chemical chain reactions in their bodies produced from such interactions would cause cancer growth in the normal human's blood vessel.
