In Half-Life 2 beta are many unique textures of buildings, etc. Why don't you use them in your mod? It would give the city some uniquness and freshness and this wouldn't spoil the overall quality because these textures are from Valve. I could upload an archive with them for you if you want to.

Очень не хватает детализации, на автомате текстуры очень прстые. Нужны потертости\царапины на ребрах и т.д.
