Here is a link to a site which has many download options if you want the mod.
This site, for some reason, will not let you download the mod.
Remember that it is 192mb and that when you install it you have to put it into your Homeworld 2 folder.

No guys - your computers are not broken.
Recognize that most modders (at least for HW2) probably do not make AIs for their new races.
If you add ANY AIs to your games, they must be either Hiigarian or Vagyr or the game WILL CRASH.
This will continue to happen unless the lead modder fixes it.
I am highly debating creating a website about this mod, I'm sure a lot of people wouldn't have figured that out on their own.
I will keep you posted.
