I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but every mod I've tried, including this one comes back with an error message when starting the game that says Unable to Open a resource file. In this case it is Modules/Colonies of Calradia_v1.3/Resources/Skeletons.brf. This happened with other mods such as PW_4.5.1 and Bywildermit (sp?)or something like that. It's supposedly a popular one.

Hmmm, I pressed the Download button and saved to "My Downloads". I see no EXE file. My computer keeps asking me what to I want to use to open "DarthMod_Napoleon_v2"
