Its incompatible with this modpack. i restored the guillotine execution. the rest of the animations could be replaced but megahoffs files are inaccessible for some reason so it would have to be redone from scratch for every level. or i replace it completely with eerd but im not a fan of the lack of sounds and not all the animations are great. only the level 3 pistol and crossbow executions were of interest to me. I already tried to restore them and im sorry to say it wont happen unless there will be some magic new tool that can open megahoffs cutscene.bin and allanims.ifp files

No. This modpack is not trying to be a beta version. rather a definitve edition of the main game with as much polish and restored content as possible.

Its because of the Absolute camera mod that changes third person controls. only shotguns and sniperrifle will cause head explosions.
Actually i like it this way cause it encourages to be stealthy instead. Its to easy if you can one shot everyone with autoaim

also redownload the hotfix i fixed the ***** audio sync issue in red lights

You would have to remove the Aboslute camera mod but you would lose more then you would gain. (cant look up and down for example) if you want more aimbot like aim. you can just shoot without aiming and most of the time if you are close to a hunter danny will blow his head off. atleast with shotguns this is the case. not sure about the glock

Beta menu? no i dont see the benefit. its too much of a hassle to be worth it. You can turn on head exlposions in the mh2plugin.ini file in manhunt 2 folder. set bEnableCleanHeadshots to false

i had to extract it from the re delivered mod. idk how they got the anims file. i cant extract the psp files either

The vendingmachine in red lights is invisible because vendingmachine.mdl file is missing in A07_tolerancezone modelspc.mdl

Interactive executions are not compatible with the camera angles in this mod you can however just replace resource28.glg and resource13.glg with the one from Extendend Executions mod (the update file). Im aware of the soda machine bug but have not found a way to fix it yet. i am missing tools to edit various files...
