We can have only 1 training station of it on a specific place. Their skills and attributes will be good in some areas but bad in others.

Yes, I'm doing so. I wrote "PW Scene Editing" because the way you edit scene on Persistent Napoleonic it's the same of PW.

On the moment, only rockets can be placed on ships. But, we can try do the same with cannons.

We can try it out. Maybe after the release we add that new facction.
