I possess an interest in military-themed video games set from WWII and beyond. Having joined ModDB I hope to provide useful, constructive feedback to the projects I take interest in, while simply sitting back and watching the magic unfold on so many more. Some games I've enjoyed include Company of Heroes, the Command and Conquer series, ArmA 2/3, Battlefield 2/ 2142, PlanetSide 2, Sins of the Solar Empire, Supreme Commander, and the Tom Clancy universe. Currently I am also a student majoring in communications.
Reviews
While it is said nothing is perfect, the people behind this project still try to aim for as close as possible, and in my opinion succeed in continually striving to reach it.
With the addition of a "hardcore mode", the United States' Marines as a reward faction, a single player mission (with the likeliness of more being high down the road), the continued efforts to not only improve the game but overcome challenges faced by their previous website, the Steam Relaunch of CoH, etc., I believe props are deserved at least.
This mod has proven to be quite fun and challenging, while the possibilities for Modern Combat's future still look bright.
