uh huuuuuuhh ... now i got it!
so i when i open the rar and find the folder Named "Far East Beta"
I Shouldn't Copy THAT Folder itself
but I Have To OPEN THAT FOLDER And Then Copy Everything Inside It to My Game Root And Then Add (-mod Far_east_mod -dev) To My Short Cut
