please give exact procedure in as much detail as possible on install.

game doesnt work from the directions in the read me.

having trouble installing and running the game, installed to data folder files do not overwrite nothing just creates a bunch of folders.

game starts as standard homeworld2 game no new fleets or changes of any kind please advise.
