I DECIDED TO BUILD A TEST FACILITY FOR FALLOUT 3 AS A MOD SO YOU PEOPLE CAN TEST YOUR OWN STUFF IN IT. (DUE TO SOME CRASHES IN GAME I CAN'T PROCEED >.< - i'll fix it however, as soon as i get New Vegas- )

I added some perks to DLC which unlocks certain powers. And this powers unlock new/powerful skills.
Sometimes these powers will unlock some dialogue options but some times existence of this powers is needed for skill learning...
Here is the diagram.

You'll need the power for learning a skill related with it. You'll need the Perk for get the power...
Example : Telekinetics Perk --> Telekinetics --> Nanokinetic Repair.
Descriptions

- Telekinetics Perk : Allows you to practice telekinesis or related psionic actions.
- Nanokinetic Repair : You'll control the nanoparticles and guide them to repair your weapon you wielding.

Also I'm planning to make a DEMO of DLC It'll only contain two quests and two special ABILITIES.

-[Experimental] Paranormal Fusion Amplifier : This armor add-on will increase your effectiveness with Plasma-based skills&weapons when you near a Feral Ghost. But this add-on will also increase consumption of your AP when you're use a skill which has no relation with Plasma.

I have an idea for Nightmare Falls which is this : The Nightmare Falls also will be able to the Players who has only New Vegas(they'll need to download a different version however.) and the difference between the games will effect on Nightmare Falls.
But i just need companions for this work to make it proggress more faster.
