Flight Deck GE Retro Video Engine will be the first branch of the FD-Engine to release!

FDGE-RVE is being built to create Original Myst and Wild Divine style games on modern hardware without the use of out dated players like QuickTime or Adobe Flash.

FDGE-RVE is coded in modern Functional C++ and will be 100% open source when released!

The first builds will be ready for public use in late Dec 2020 and the stable builds should role out in early 2021!

RDGE-RVE represents the first step towards completing the massive package that is the Flight Deck Game Engine!

Update: Worry not if you have been following this engine and are concerned by a lack of progress. We are still working on this project!
Everything is just taking longer then expected.

We are now working with a new high performance programming language called FC-1, to build a powerful open source engine.
We are making a big point for cross compatibility as the engine has been a significantly larger undertaking then planned.
However we are very much committed to making a free, lightweight, open source, open gl, real time engine, that is cross compatible and easy to use.

Thanks So Much For Staying With Us!

Cohen ter Heide.

Lumpology Development Team.
