Propably your or your friend's firewall is blocking the connection. If you start a server the firewall asks you for permission. Simply check private and public networks and your friend should be able to join.

Hi Rick_Olof.
What program do you use? I recommend to use 7zip.
Just save the files in a new folder and you should be able to run the .exe-file.
