Everything should work fine then.

1) You didn't do a fresh install, delete everything get the launcher of the post and install from the beginning!
or
2) You antivirus is blocking it. (put it on the exceptions list)
or/and
3) You firewall is blocking it. (put it in the exceptions list)

I had the firewall problem but now everything is fine.
