Of course it would be, it is twilight after all. I'm guess it could possibly have some custom made spells? Maybe like her teleport spell from the show or something. Maybe use it like a Mark/recall or something.

Since my internets derped and I didn't get to finish typing out my comment-

I am for all for twilight having custom animations and a full range of emotions. I'd say to release twilight as a custom companion first, then update it with the quest. Mainly cause twilight is best pony and having her as a companion would be EPIC. I've actually tried making my own races and everything...yeah. Didn't turn out so well.
