I didnt find spratly island in the south china sea and that's a big part of Chinese southern agression so having that would be nice
Also for Viet Nam we put emphasis on fast Russian airwings and most our equipment are bought from Russia so that would be a bit similar
VN also focuses on mountain divisions and recon and doesnt like China at all..
and VN always wants to be alone and not in any faction at all
