Very nice work. I love the atmosphere here, and the composition of elements in the scene make it look and feel very natural, but at the same time, very eerie, in that abandoned sense. Not very sure about to odd shadows, or entire absence in some areas (bottom right, trashcan, for example), but otherwise, very nice work. :)

Very nice work! I love the lighting and the use of bloom, along with your coloring--or more specifically, the semi-lack of coloring.

Some small criticisms: weapon texturing could use some sharpening, along with some of the wall textures.

Outside of that, I'm definitely liking where this is going! Keep up the good work! :D

Personally, your texture work throughout the mod is phenomenal. However, in this case, you might take out the irises and pupils in both eyes, that way the entire globe of Saren's eyes are just a very bright red color. Might help slam home the 'lifeless' aspect of PseudoSaren a little better.

Personally, I'm really digging a lot of the changes, especially that balcony/archway in the center there. However, I'm not so sure about those big holes in the walls and that big divot-looking dip in the floor. Other than that, it's looking great!

I like the work on the new animations, so far.

However, one thing I'd like to suggest is moving the bolt pulling part of the animation until after the fresh magazine has been slotted in. Also, I think you could probably speed up the animation of slapping the magazine in, since it looks kinda like it's in slow motion.

Aside from those details, your work looks great. :)
