Say, I'm not sure how to say this, but this latest patch has introduced some critical problems into the game, specifically with the DirectX 10 and DirectX 11 renderers. If either one of those renderers are enabled, the game becomes prone to crashing. A LOT. In fact, it even completely crashed my system on at least one occasion.
Not to mention the fact that having either one enabled, means there's also a strong chance that the menus might become overly bright, for some reason.
Please fix this, guys. :'(

Very nice. I like it.
However, I would like to make a couple suggestions. While I love the fact that he looks almost exactly like Crash, his pupils and irises are more than just a little too small, like he's looking at a very bright light. Also, the overabundance of fur is a bit much... perhaps you could tone it down on his arms and head? Also, if possible, you might wanna make the hair on his head a dark brown, instead of having it match the rest of his body.
Other than that, this is amazing work, man.

Still, this is a great project and, despite the troubles it's currently facing, I hope it sees the light of day.
Say, I know you've said in the past that you want to wait until Islanded is in a stable and fully playable state before you release it on Steam, but I think, given the state of Desura, that maybe you should consider Steam's Early Access program. It's up to you, though.

(Note the shells being ejected out the bottom.) That might be the Defense version of the Ithaca 37, but it's got practically the same mechanism as the Stakeout. The Defense version's just a bit bigger, though.
Hey, man, it's alright. You've got a lot of stuff on your plate and I think I can speak for everyone when I say that we can appreciate that.
