I cannot answer you with Russian, please forgive that.
There are four main factions in FA. Eagle United Forcement is RA2 Allies like faction, Soviet International Union is RA2 Soviets like faction, Project Omega Initiative is YR Yuri like faction, and last, Notso Aggression Army is original faction. So both Soviet and Yuri have their own factions.
