What I wrote before, is what Rush told me. Because of my vacation i don´t know what is going on exactly, so thats the only info i got.

The Modells aren´t stolen Rush uses the pictures as template and then modelled it by himself. This is why the details look so similar.
Of course the Destroyer looks similar to the aurora warship, beacause it is both ancient tech.
When you compare both modells you see, that there are huge differences,
what you can´t get done with covering some parts.
