Hey, umm depends what map you're trying to play on. Only showdown works right now and the zombies won't work on any other map. The next update will support more maps but for now it's just showdown :)
I had to remove the model customisation :( sorry but I had hit the xmodel and menu file limit so something had to go :(
Not that I know of. I myself can't host, I'm waiting/looking for other people to offer a server or something like that.
If anyone reads this and wants to contribute, the server doesn't have to be running all the time, it'd be very useful just to use it for testing etc. ( host guests first dibs on new versions ;) < there's incentive )
I can't have 2 attachments 'visible' at the same time, but right now you can have 2 attachments in your inventory and swap between the as you play :)
Yes, it's a mod so you need the original game to play :)

I am letting everyone know that the AI fix and re-design has worked out very well! They move around a lot smoother and don't clip walls anymore. An update to the beta may be on it's way I just want to do a little bit more work. :)

Thanks for the feedback and to let you know, I have now fixed:
The zombies falling under the map.
I've also fixed the zombies clipping through the walls (well hopefully but from testing I can't see it anymore ;))
The NVG are fixed now so they stay persistent when you quit and join.
As for the rpg and 'tenth slot' they are more of a feature to the full release so I haven't been too fussed on getting them to do something yet. :)
In the modbeta folder there's a RUN.bat file. Open that to launch the game and the mod. Once it's opened, open the console and type in /map mp_showdown that should work, if not watch the video on youtube that I posted earlier :)

How is the zombie killing going? I've just got a few feedback questions to ask so please take the time to respond.
Has anyone tried hosting publically? If yes, how did it go?
Were your classes saved if you quit and reopened the mod?
Were there any 'serious' ai bugs/glitches?
It sure can :) you just need to create the server/game through the target line, google it if you're unsure or wait till tomorrow/monday and I'll release some serverside stuff :)
Hey :) the version is still waiting for authorisation so the public can't download it yet. And no I'm pretty sure it can be run on a server but I haven't tested.
The mod is uploaded and awaiting authorisation! Please pm me about bugs and don't complain about it now, just be happy you've got a version :)

Sorry to say this but there's a delay on the release. Re-writing all the AI scripts after a server test proved it to be very unstable. Sorry guys :(
Having an issue with clientDvar's and the daynight system so that won't be featured in the release. Sorry.
It's very likely going to be released this month. As long as I still get some spare time over the coming weeks to patch everything up. Another thing to take into account though is this is a one man project. So compared to other mods progress isn't as fast :)
My plan is to keep the players moving. Which is working farely well as of now.
Not a copy. This is better. As for the release date, very soon. I'm just adding a few extras to make it more dynamic and variable. So it's not just a shoot, kill mod.

Working on a proper gametype right now. so when that's finished and the day/night system is added to every map. I will post it up :)
