Hi, Just an fyi, you have a "NEW folder" here:

E:\Game.z\Stalker_Lost Alpha DC\gamedata\sounds\characters_voice\scenario\New folder\bun

Can I cut and paste the "bun" folder into the "characters_voice" folder and delete the "New Folder"? Let me know Thanks!

The question is simple, Why do all of these other Battlefield 2 Mods, *Allied Intent Xtended, Heat of Battle, Alpha Project, Nations At War, Forgotten Hope 2) work over HDMI and yours does not.

What kind of proof would you like? Does your mod (BF1943) generate any kind of internal log files I can upload to you? I can provide you with whatever proof that you want.

If it helps to diagnose the problem, I am using a GeForce GTX960M graphics card with the latest NVIDIA drivers on a Win10, ASUS/INTEL 6700HQ notebook with 16GB of RAM, to try and load your mod.

I stand by my claim that a -> huge <- number of people, as clearly evidenced by the posts in this forum, cannot run your mod due to the mods (BF1943) current coding in regards to HDMI.

I am not trying to insult you or your team, but I have over 60 Mods and 70 PC games installed on my box, *all* of them run -> perfectly <- on my machine over HDMI cable at 1920x1200 resolution ... except yours.

I really want to try your MOD, the screenshots look spectacular. Let me know what you need from me, and Please have your team re-check the mods code.

[When exactly the game crashes?]

Hi timotimotimo,

I have a DELL 2410U Monitor that displays an HDMI connecting ICON in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.

BF1943 crashes to the DESKTOP -exactly- where ALL other BF2 MODS start the game. This is a known problem with BF2.

Question, are most of you having problems with the MOD using an HDMI cable attached to an external monitor? If so, that is why it is crashing.

I have BF2 version 1.5.3? and this is a known coding error in the BF2.

It is not the end user at fault, it's -> your MOD.

The BF1943 MOD TEAM has to find the error or apply the fix that other MODDB BF2 Mod Creators use.

I have other mods (*Allied Intent Xtended, Heat of Battle, Alpha Project, Nations At War, Forgotten Hope 2) and they [ALL] run fine on my ASUS machine using a 24" EXTERNAL MONITOR connected by an HDMI CABLE.

Please contact the other BF2 MOD Creators on MODDB and ask them what they did to fix the issue and make their MODS run. Thank you
