The main 1.00 ver is already released in 2020. The HD patch is still being developed by a third party, and it can be used in any other mods. The progress of the HD patch is very slow. And there are no plans to update the story mode.

Sorry for my late reply. Make sure you run "RunAres.bat" to start the game. This will load the English stringtable00.csf file. Or try to replace ra2md.csf with stringtable00.csf. Ares is already in this mod. I have no idea about the dll errors.

You may not launch Ares correctly. Run "RunAres.bat" to get in. The original game modes don't exist in TSAW.

Yes, and choose Normal or Easy to make AIs to built 1 unit at the same time. Hard or Final War is multiple units.

The difficulty setting is moved to the page where you select maps of Skirmish, called by "Game Modes" in the original YR.

This depends on your game mode. AI players can clone units by multiple factories in Hard mode.
