The world has gone digital, but I grew up in analogue, surrounded by music and enchanted by sounds, my father was a musician and I listened all the time. I am passionate. I am creative.I am a wizard of all things sound. I am here to make a difference and make a difference I shall’.

I am from a small town in the middle of nowhere that nobody has ever heard of. Widnes. A small chemically engulfed industrial town in the North West of England. I am 30 years of age and for the past 23 years (since the age of 7) I have been directly involved in the sound production industry, in one way, shape or form.

As a young child I was always recording myself and everything around me on an old red Sony tape recorder. I figured out how to record different soundscapes using the overdub feature and quickly discovered how important sound engineering was to achieve high quality sound. My mum used to think I was crazy, and even the neighbours would always wonder what I was doing. Looking back. I guess I wasn't so crazy after all. I loved sound. It was just something that interested me and and still does to this day.

From college to university, I studied business, technology and sound. I am a lover of all things music and different types of sounds. Sounds that emotionally engage people and capture their hearts. Sounds that are impacting and leave an impression. Sounds that are genuinely meaningful and provide REAL benefit to the end user. be it video games, film, radio or even my washing machine…I guess I’m just a modern-day audio junkie.
