if you still need help for germany, i have made an excel chart about parties, ministers, staff generals and commanding generals and searched pictures for all of them. if you tell me, with which program and effects you made the portraits i could also try to do that. i could also search for tons of current german generals as wikipedia is a good source for the whole command and organizational structure of the bundeswehr of nowadays
