That would be a NS Classic map named guard, which I did almost 2 years ago. Christ that's ages ago I know!
I lost the source file but found it mid-February and released the source file in the NS forums, with some of my other old work. I think that area is awesome, and wish it could be put in another one of my maps but it's just too hard to fit it in. If you want the source file or further information PM me, here on MODDB.
