Ok so I'm still at a loss as to what to do and I really need help. The door in Pestillence is locked, I can't open the chest nor can I find the lab or the chemicals you mentioned.

Hey! I got the red page, the green page and the chalk and the second artifact but I'm lost? I'm not sure if it's a bug or not but I can't seem to make progress. I can't get through the spiderwebs in pestillence either for some reason.
